Trinity was opened in 2000 to meet the rapidly growing demand for Catholic Primary School places for children in the southern area of Our Lady Help of Christians Parish. It is governed by the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL).

Trinity services families in the Narre Warren South area and is proudly represented by over 40 different nationalities. Learning Adjusment Leader Role

Are you passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment?

Trinity Catholic Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Adjustment Leader to work in partnership with our staff, student and parent communities to support all students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Working in conjunction with the Leadership Team, you would contribute to building the capacity of our community to improve the learning outcomes for all students through expert teacher practice, with a particular focus on the use of appropriate, evidence based, learning adjustments.

• Classification: Position of Leadership Level 3
• Tenure: 2 years (underpinned by an ongoing teaching position)
• Start Date: 28 January 2025
• Time Release: Full time out of the classroom

Trinity Catholic Primary School, Narre Warren South is seeking a faith filled, inspirational and dynamic Deputy Principal to work in partnership with our staff, student and parent community. The role of the primary deputy principal is to support the principal and leadership team in managing the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of the education of all students at Trinity Catholic Primary School. It will involve working closely with the principal in enacting the strategic directions of DOSCEL and the strategic deployment of resources, which reflect the following key priorities:

• Enlivening faith education and Catholic identity
• Improved learning outcomes for all students
• Strengthening and development of expert teacher practice, leadership
  formation and capacity building
• Ongoing commitment to effective and supportive governance.

We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant with a proven record of leadership and who aspires to principalship. The position will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis for three years, with opportunity for renewal. The successful applicant will be offered ongoing employment at the School as a teacher.

Tenure: Three years fixed-term (underpinned by an ongoing teaching position), with a possible second period of appointment

Start Date: Term 1, 2025

Salary: $143,237 - $147,289
